By booking travel through Infinite Voyages, you acknowledge that supplier policies may control deposits, final payments, cancellations, changes, refunds, future travel credits, airfare rules, baggage rules, boarding requirements, travel documentation, itinerary changes, and other travel-related matters.
Infinite Voyages is not responsible for supplier changes, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, pricing changes, service interruptions, denied boarding, denied entry, or supplier failure to provide services.
3. Pricing, Promotions, and Availability
All pricing, promotions, cabins, rooms, flights, packages, amenities, upgrades, and travel offers are subject to availability and may change at any time until the booking is confirmed with payment.

4. Payments, Deposits, and Final Payment

Any cancellation, change, refund, or travel credit request is subject to the applicable supplier’s policies. Infinite Voyages does not control supplier refund timelines, cancellation fees, penalty amounts, or travel credit rules.
Service fees, if applicable, may be non-refundable.
6. Travel Documents and Identification
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the proper identification and travel documents required for their trip. This may include passports, visas, government-issued identification, vaccination records, travel authorizations, or other required documents.
Passport, visa, and entry requirements may vary based on destination, citizenship, itinerary, and supplier requirements. Infinite Voyages may provide general guidance, but clients are responsible for confirming and obtaining all required travel documents.
Infinite Voyages is not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, missed travel, cancellation penalties, or financial loss due to missing, expired, incorrect, or invalid travel documents.
7. Travel Insurance
Infinite Voyages strongly recommends that clients purchase travel insurance to help protect against unexpected events, including illness, medical emergencies, trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delays, lost luggage, supplier issues, and other covered circumstances.
Declining travel insurance may result in financial loss if travel plans are canceled, interrupted, delayed, or otherwise affected.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for carefully reviewing all quotes, invoices, confirmations, names, dates, destinations, cabin or room categories, flights, payment deadlines, cancellation policies, and travel details.
Clients must notify Infinite Voyages immediately if any information appears incorrect. Name corrections, date changes, cabin changes, flight changes, or other adjustments may be subject to supplier fees, fare differences, or restrictions.
9. Limitation of Liability
Infinite Voyages is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, cancellation, accident, inconvenience, additional expenses, or disruption caused by travel suppliers, weather, government actions, natural disasters, strikes, illness, pandemics, acts of terrorism, civil unrest, supplier bankruptcy, schedule changes, mechanical issues, or events beyond our control.
Infinite Voyages is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any travel supplier or third-party provider.
